Reserve Study Group is a full service consulting firm. Our reports are designed to create an accurate and clear illustration of the Association’s financial and physical standing. ALL reserve studies are completed by a designated Reserve Specialist® and adhere to the industry accepted national standards. Our reserve studies are also prepared in accordance with statutory requirements, as established in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS), California Civil Code, and the Utah Code.
RSG PRODUCTS
We provide a select range of reserve study products and options. Reserve Study reports are mandated by the national ‘Levels of Service’ categories that include three options of service. Each report includes a full detailed component inventory, life and valuation estimates, fund status and funding plan.
ALL service packages also include project consultation coupled with an electronic and hard copy of the final report. LEVELS OF SERVICE
Reserve study with an on-site visual inspection and property condition assessment. This product is offered to clients undertaking their first reserve study, and to Associations in need of a comprehensive review and audit of a previous reserve study (component list and associated measurements are reviewed to ensure accuracy).
Reserve study update with an on-site visual inspection and property condition assessment. The product is for clients intending to update a previous study, typically performed in the third year after the last site-visit based reserve study.
Reserve Study update with no on-site inspection or property condition assessment. This report is typically requested in the years immediately following a reserve study with an on-site review.
